BIRTH PLANNING & PREPThis service can help parents feel more informed, confident, and empowered as they approach their due date, and can help ensure that their birth experience aligns with their goals and values leading to better birth outcomes and a more positive childbirth experience.

Labor & Delivery SupportThe goal of labor and delivery support is to help women feel empowered, informed, and supported through breathing and relaxation exercises, massage, positioning, movement, and advocacy for the woman’s birth preferences.

Postpartum SupportServices include infant care, breastfeeding support, and emotional support. Postpartum doula care can help ease the transition to parenthood, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote maternal and family wellbeing.

Childbirth EducationChildbirth education services include in person and virtual sessions. Childbirth education can help you make informed decisions to create your ideal birth plan as well as a backup plan. Navigating birth can be daunting however with the correct knowledge you will feel empowered to achieve the birth you desire.

A la Carte servicesA la carte services include 1-on-1 sessions to discuss anything YOU want as well as birth planning sessions, and birth debriefs. These services are done virtually or in person to fit your specific needs.
